Don’t tell me about Amish have this and that now, I mean the real old order Amish with no electricity, no computers, no indoor plumbing, no cars. They get up at like 5am and go to bed around 9pm. They sew their own clothes and work like work horses. They use kerosene lanterns and candles at night and wood burning stoves for winter. During summers I guess they just fan themselves and burn up.
If you were paid $50 a day to live like this how long could you last before you say, enough!
Probably about a week. It’s a little like camping, so I think I could survive that long. But I like my running water and flushing toilets! Not to mention music and internet. =]
