how can you fill a balloon with a certain amount of water?
I am doing a project and I need to fill a balloon with a cup of water but normally when doing water balloons you use however much of water from the sink. I just need a cup so that my answers can be accurate and i can’t find a way for the balloon to blow up with a cup of water.
first stretch the balloon in different directions to get it flexible. then get an empty water bottle, put the correct volume of water in it, get a funnel and pour the water in the water bottle through the funnel into the balloon while holding on tightly to the part where the funnel is inside the neck of the balloon. if the balloon isn’t blown up the way you think it should be, then it might be because the volume of water you’re using isn’t enough to blow it up that much.
