Should i Tighten my summit shocks for off road? or keep them lose so the tires can move more?
i have the traxxas summit and i thought it would be cool to tighten my shocks so its more off the ground and sand and things wont get in it as easily, but if i go rock crawling im afraid that the shocks wont work and the truck will just flip because their so tight. should i change the shocks depending on the area? such as tight for road, and loose for off road?
The Summit is made for off road and rock crawling puposes. The shocks are soft and lose so the truck can crawl and go over rough terrain. If the shocks are tightened, you lose what the truck was made for. It isn’t made to be a street/race truck. Hope this helps!
