What is the difference between vehicle owner and vehicle keeper?
Can I be the registered vehicle keeper, taxing and insuring the vehicle, while NOT actually owning the car ? How do i prove that ownership is with somebody else? Would a contract document bearing signatures of seller and buyer suffice ?
I am considering selling my car to a close relative, while she allows me to use the vehicle until further notice..
So you are borrowing the car from her to drive. whats the big deal. If you are selling the car to her its hers period.THe owner has to have it registered in there name . period You can borrow the car and insure it. in your name. . But why would you do this.This sounds kinda strange.You own the car .But you don’t want the car in your name.
