CNC routing machines are available in many different sizes with many different options. Whether it is a hobby CNC router or a commercial grade CNC router or one of the many sizes in between, the CNC router can be handy in any shop. You no longer have to purchase one of these expensive machines; now you can build one yourself.
Building a DIY CNC router will require that you know a little about how the CNC technology and robotic technology works. You will need to know about computers and software programs that work with these machines. You will also need to know how to read a set of plans or blueprints, probably a little bit of circuitry and more.
Well, for this type of technology to work right and for you to be able to use it as it was designed, knowing this information will be in your best interest. Finding someone who can help teach you about CNC machinery and all of the applicable processes can be beneficial to you. CNC machining can be learned; maybe not overnight but it can be learned.
You can find plans for building your own DIY CNC router. Contact your dealer and see if they have any available. Some manufacturers offer plans for this specific purpose. Otherwise, search the internet. There are plans which you can download for free or sometimes you will have to pay for them. Do not limit yourself to the first set of plans that you find. You will want to take a look at several plans to decide the size of the machine that you want to build and also to make sure that the one that you build will be right for the projects that you are planning on using it for.
Another option that you have is to look into DIY CNC router kits. Many manufacturers offer these kits and they come with everything that you need to build your own CNC router. From the instructions to all of the parts needed, including the motor, these kits can be a big time saver. Different kits are available. Kits are available where you will have to weld and put them together or kits are available where no welding is required and all you have to do is bolt the pieces together.
YouTube is another great resource where you can find videos that have to do with DIY CNC routers. You will find videos that will teach you how to build one. You can watch videos that will teach you a little bit about the CNC technology. You can watch videos of demonstrations of CNC machines and videos of people who have made DIY CNC routers and their machines at work.
Building your own CNC machine will not be easy but the end product will be worthwhile. The time and money you spend on this project will be outweighed by the satisfaction you gain from creating your own machine.

I own a redcat tornado bb and my stearing is very tight i adjust the servo saver and it is still tight, HELP !?
i’ve also put new batteries in and the steering is still very tight ! when sitting on the ground the wheels turn slowly and do not come back to center very well ! What should i do to fix this problem ?
