If I don’t have a scale is there an easy way to figure out how much 4 oz. of meat would be?
I’m starting a lifestyle change and have found a meal plan but I don’t know how to measure out 4oz and don’t really want to buy a scale. Is there a reference like the size of my palm or something?
Exactly, the size of your palm (unless your hands are very large or small), or a deck of cards is roughly 4 oz.
