How many variations of Rubik’s cubes are there?
How many different types of Rubik’s cubes are there?
Do you mean commercially available, or simply that someone, somewhere, made one?
There are tons of variations. Clearly the 2x2x2, 3x3x3, 4x4x4, 5x5x5, 6x6x6, and 7x7x7 are around (I own all but the 6x6x6). I can solve all of those.

I also own one of those, and they are very difficult to turn. I can’t solve that one (I can solve all but the bottom row).
There are other variations of each as well, like a 2x3x3, and a bunch more that people have customized. I once heard about a 1x1x1 cube, that was a practical joke one that anyone could “solve” since there were no sides to turn.

I own one of those too. Very difficult to turn and, in my opinion, not that fun.

I used to own one of those many years ago, and could solve it at that time. I lost it years ago.
Finally, there are websites out there where you can pick your own dimensions and solve a computer image of the cube. The largest I’ve ever solved is the 10x10x10. It isn’t easy to do, since you lose your place quickly. The large cubes like those are best done on a large monitor.
