Did I over eat today? I’m trying to lose little weight?
This week I went off my diet and gained 7 pounds! SO ive back on my diet and work out plan
this is what i ate
two wheat bread with tbsp strawberry jam on both slice. I measure it
Diet cranberry juice
Small coffe with half and half
small cup of applesauce with cinnamon
bowl of misc mini carrotts, celeray, cherry tomatos
and protein bar
One almond fig
3-4 cherry tomatos and I ate quarter piece of wheat bread
and no calorie tea but i put half and half in it
note i woke up at 12:50 so my first meal was like my lunch/breakfreast
kind of not really not that much
