assisted DIY – you get the stable, shavings and hay.
Tack room on site but for extra security tack could be kept in the house( this isn’t decided yet but there is a spare room that the owner is thinking of making a tack room).
You would get unlimited use of indoor and outdoor school( outdoor only in summer[used as turnout in winter]). Mares and Geldings allowed only. The family run yard has 15 stables in an american barn, an outdoor school, an indoor school, a horse walker, washing area, infra red drying bay and space for trailers. The horse/pony gets its own field or if requested can be with other horses/ponies as the family who runs it has horses/ponies that don’t like to be on there own so your horse could be with them.
You have to take care of your own field.
