Should i get a xbox360 or a ps3?
I can get a 60gb xbox360 with kung fu panda and lego indiana jones or a 40gb metal gear solid limited edition ps3 it is gun metal gray with a controller the same color and metal gear solid 4
well my options are either 40gb or nothin and i probably wouldnt get rockband so……
I have both consoles and I would have to recommend the PS3. First off, it’s more reliable, though the new 60GB 360s are pretty good, hardware wise. Online for the PS3 is more stable (less lag) but it is not as unified as Xbox Live. After playing on PSN and online on computers I believe that Xbox Live is a rip off. I could see them charging for other stuff, like betas, but not for playing online, especially if it suffers more from lag than other online capable systems. Both systems have really good library of games, though the PS3 has more and better exclusives, in my opinion. The 360 and PS3 share a lot of multiplatform games, but the 360 even shares games that are on PC. I would recommend getting an 80GB PS3 though since it can support PS2 games, but if you don’t plan on playing those then I guess it is not a problem. Metal Gear Solid 4 is an awesome game, and can’t say much about those that come with the 360 but I think it is safe to say that MGS4 > Lego Indiana Jones + Kung fu Panda. I would go with the PS3, but won’t go wrong getting a 360 either, I think they’re both great.
