Im having trouble with my big white ub funkey, i can barley get my ub funkeys to work i always get trouble.?
i cant get them to work i always have to fiddle around with them for like 5 minutes then give up, im always ub the whole time, should i get a new ub? or is there somthing i can do?
The first time i asked this, i accidentaly put this in desies…
You want to make sure that the main U B hub is on a flat surface. You also want to wipe the feet of the characters and the connecters on top of the U B head to make sure there isn’t any dust or anything else on them.
If none of that works, call the company to see if you are covered under warranty. Before you do that, make sure you meet the system requirements, because that is the first thing they will ask you!
