I just purchased the NEW Leap Frog Leap Pad for my grandson. It comes with 3 3 free apps (Art Studio?
e books,learrning games and one free game of your choice). However the only thing that is working is the My Pet that was already downloaded with it. I tried and my daughter tried to download the other 3 aps and they would not download. I also bought 2 games from the Leap Frog site and those did not download either. I am using Windows 7..can anyone please help me? is anyone else who has this new LeapPad having this problem? It is the newest one that was just released Aug.15,2011. I am a seinior citizen who is new to the computer world so can you please be very simple with your answers. PLEASE HELP>> my 5 yr old grandson has been crying for 2 days since I bought it because he can not do all the things they showed in the demo..
