I vaguely remember a Doctor Who story years ago, think it was in the 80s with people who grew at an accelerated rate reaching adulthood in a few days. Does anyone know what this episode was called? I think it was a McCoy episode.

It was a four part series in 1980 with Tom Baker as the Doctor.
